In August 2019, I went to Tel Aviv - Israel for an official assignment. Somehow, my agency could not arrange room in desired area as all the Hotels were sold-out due to multiple events in the area.
The situation was quite panic and then one of my friends connected me with Operose which arranged room within an Hour. Further, I recall that due to heavy load, Hotel could not even arrange Taxi through their desk and requested me to wait for an Hour but Operose arranged Taxi within Minutes through some outside vendor.
The best part with Operose is that they remain in constant touch through whatsapp to ensure that client is not facing any sort of problem.
After this pleasant experience with Operose, I planned my personal 'foreign trip' through Operose in September 2019 and found them quite competitive in terms of price and services. They are quite professional and remain available even during night hours which really gave me comfort and support during sight-seeing and even during odd hours.

Excellent Arrangements made for our family. Our booking for Delhi- Phuket-Singapore- Delhi was handled by Mr. Sandeep. He did excellent job in getting us best hotels at best locations at reasonable rates. Local arrangements like sightseeing etc were also very good. The best part was that he guided us very well also.
